My life in advertising began as a direct marketing copywriter at TBWA. After a few years, I moved to DDB to gain further experience and proficiency in ATL. This led to me several national and international awards and eventually to a creative directorship post at Y&R. Three years later I started my own agency Stopkracht. Followed by De Reclamekeuken which specializes in conceptualisation, digital and content marketing.

For Heineken we invented the ‘Trom-pet’. A secret weapon for the Dutch football supporters. The Dutch didn’t win but the ‘Trom-pet’ scored a SAN award, a SPIN award, and aan AMMA award. What a winner! A clever 360˚ campaign using digital, TV, POS, instore, print, signing, PR and outdoor.
